Your Adventure Center on the Cabot Trail
We’re a group of outdoor enthusiasts with a penchant for mountain biking, fat biking, cross country and back country skiing and being outdoors. Our dream is to share these experiences with you as you enjoy our outdoor adventure oasis.
Contact-Less Check In
Check in is at 3pm. Prior to your check in, we will have your cottage prepared for you and open with your key inside.
Parking for one car is located directly in front of your cottage. If you require more parking, please let us know and we’ll help you out.
Upon arrival, we highly recommend settling in and visiting the beach across the road. If you need a hand planning your adventure, drop us a note or a call.
Cancellation
We reserve the right to charge for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the date of your stay. Your reservation will be billed to the credit card supplied.
Pet Policy
We are a pet friendly business. An additional $20 will be charged to your reservation for pets. We do have dogs of our own, and we ask that all dogs be kept on leash here during your stay without exception.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted in the cottages. A $75 deep cleaning fee will be applied if smoking in cottages. Dispose of your refuse in receptacles or garbage cans on site.
